  • Description

    Weedtex weed control fabric prevents weeds and unwanted plants from getting the essential light they need to grow, yet at the same time, it allows nutrients, water and air into the soil, maintaining goodness and promoting healthy plant growth.


    As well as flower beds and borders Weedtex is ideal for use as a garden weed control fabric beneath garden decking, reducing the need to rely on herbicides and weed killers. Weedtex can be secured in place with landscape fixing pegs and then be covered with a layer of bark, gravel, slate or other mulch, it really is that simple. This type of weed control membrane is easily cut to shape and trimmed with scissors or a craft knife.

    Don’t worry if you’re outside of this zone or if the item is smaller then we will send your item through a courier. This option costs £4.99 up to the value of £250 and for over £250 it is completely free.

Fantastic customer service. There was an issue with the item I ordered online (not Fencing Essentials' fault, so far as I can tell), and everyone I spoke to at Fencing Essentials was extremely helpful and intent on resolving the issue. The manager, Mark, actually made a special trip out to me to deliver a replacement - I don't think customer service gets any better than that! They will be my first stop in the future for fencing materials.

I've been to a DIY shop and struggled with roof bars and fence panels, and put fence posts in my car. Fencing essentials does free local delivery, I wish I had discovered their services sooner!

Order All Worked. Very helpful in answering queries over the phone, then ordered online, straightforward. I liked that the website was clear and particularly that it spelt out that the timber I was wanting (gravelboards) was treated to UC4. (Many suppliers just say "treated" and if you bother to enquire that probably means UC3.)
