  • Where do you deliver to? 
    We can deliver almost all our products across the mainland UK. The only exception to this is concrete products, which are only eligible for delivery within our local delivery zone due to concrete’s tendency to crack during transit.   • How much will it cost to deliver my order?
    The cost of delivery for your order depends on what you’re ordering and where in the country you are. Please see our Delivery page for more information.
  • Is your timber ethically sourced? 
    Yes - all our timber either comes from a FSC or PEFC Certified Source.
  • Do your products come with a guarantee or warranty? 
    Many of our products do come with a guarantee or warranty yes. Please see the ‘Specification’ tab on the product page of the product(s) you’re interested in.
