We offer direct delivery to several postcodes surrounding our showroom. The postcodes which are covered are: BA, BH, DT, GU, RG, SN, SO, SP, TA.
SP4 delivery is charged at £4.99 for orders up to £50 and over £50 it is completely free. All the other postcodes covered will have a delivery fee of £19.99 for orders up to £250 and for over £250 the delivery is free.
Don’t worry if you’re outside of this zone. This option costs £25 up to the value of £275 and for over £275 it is completely free.

Fantastic customer service. There was an issue with the item I ordered online (not Fencing Essentials' fault, so far as I can tell), and everyone I spoke to at Fencing Essentials was extremely helpful and intent on resolving the issue. The manager, Mark, actually made a special trip out to me to deliver a replacement - I don't think customer service gets any better than that! They will be my first stop in the future for fencing materials.

Order All Worked. Very helpful in answering queries over the phone, then ordered online, straightforward. I liked that the website was clear and particularly that it spelt out that the timber I was wanting (gravelboards) was treated to UC4. (Many suppliers just say "treated" and if you bother to enquire that probably means UC3.)
