2026 is fast approaching, and we wanted to write a small piece focusing on delivery and the changes which we are making for the start of the new year. It should be noted that the change in couriers has already happened, as we have trialled it and been extremely pleased with the results.
Courier changes
Starting off, we have a highly talked-about topic which seems to have affected everyone. Which courier service do we use? Going forward, we have decided to exclusively use Royal Mail and FedEx for all of the small items that we dispatch. From our own experience and the overall reported experience, we believe that these two couriers will offer the quickest delivery, the most reliable service and the best quality of end courier. If there is a certain courier which you would prefer, then we may be able to accommodate your choice if you let us know when you place the order.
Delivery charge and Free delivery threshold
We have decided not to increase our delivery cost for 2026. While we haven’t been immune to the rising costs, we want to try to absorb some of that rather than passing it on to you, the customer. The one change we are making to offset this increase is to raise the free delivery threshold to £300, meaning that if you’re in our covered postcodes and your order value hits £300 then we deliver free of charge. For people within SP4 and SP7, there will be no change to their delivery charges or free delivery threshold!
